Adam is a member of the Colin Currie Group, performing Steve Reich across the world, and works regularly with orchestras such as the London Symphony, Aurora, London Philharmonic and Scottish Chamber. He premièred a new concerto with the Aurora Orchestra in 2012 live for BBC Radio 3 and was Meaker Fellow at the Royal Academy of Music 2009-10.
As a composer Adam has written for and conducted at Ink Still Wet, Grafenegg Festival, under the tutelage of HK Gruber, and has directed his own works for Tablature, with Bhangra guru Kuljit Bhamra.
Adam is currently training as an actor at Jacques Lecoq École Internationale de Théâtre Paris, to develop cross-discipline work drawing upon music performance, composition, acting and movement. He also played a leading role for two years in CBBC’s Yo! Diary.
He tutors the National Youth Orchestra of Iraq and is head of percussion at Junior Trinity Laban.
